Do I really need it?

No I don't really need Ritz crackers. They can go smaller and smaller. I just don't buy them anymore. That's what's going to happen to those companies that are downsizing their packages, while charging more for their goods. Then again, if it was really healthy, but it's not. Unnecessary food is what it is. So, avoid buying what isn't good for you. And how many more words do you want me to write to be able to post here? Oh boy!!! No I don't really need Ritz crackers. Cracker package not sealed

I always buy your peanut butter sandwich crackers. My husband and I love them and that is what we eat for our breakfast each morning and with our coffee in the afternoon. The last six packages I bought, each individual package has not been sealed. I have tried so many brands of peanut butter crackers but the Ritz brands is the best. They are buttery, very crisp while others are soft and not as buttery. We love your crackers and want to continue purchasing them but it bothers me why they are not sealed. Please double check your packaging and try to seal each package. Thank you,

wow I guess the economy hit your company as well. Will not buy again for another 6 months then maybe they will get better.

So disappointed. My entire family loves Ritz but major disappointed when we went to spread something on them and they broke and crumbled. Come on now fix this problem. Raise the price if need be but give us back the quality we are used to for many years.

so you need 100 words? ok I said all I needed to say now what. They are lousy crackers and a big waste of my money. ok more words?

Ok how about the fact I have been buying these crackers for 50 years and now totally done with your product. Satisfy your customer should be number one on your list.

Me too! I thought I was the only one.

Difficult to tear the wrapper. Also,I have been receiving the individual packets with broken crackers! Packegs in general have been increasingly more difficult to open.

Some are so difficult you destroy the package in order to open it! What is corporate America thinking?

Wow. Just wow.

I have been bemoaning the decline of products for years now, from the shrinking yogurt container to the disappearing ice cream half gallon and pint. Oh, and don't even ask about Twinkies. Well, I have not had occasion to buy Ritz in a very long time, it seems. I have been buying Keebler Club crackers - and will go back to buying them. I am not sure what made me get a box of Ritz - 13.7 ounces vs. the 16 ounces, of course - and we first had them with peanut butter. So I didn't notice the TASTE - um, make that LACK of taste, until I ate one with nothing on it. As I said in the heading - wow. They used to have a sweet, buttery taste - was it the wonderful now banned trans fats? - and now? Nothing. Absolutely zero. Zilch. Nada. Oh well, another one bites the dust. Oh, and I no longer call or write the company to complain. Know what they'd do? Send you a coupon for more - yes, you guessed it, Ritz! Unfortunately, those who never tasted the originals will have no idea what we're talking about. Sad.

Everything Cracker

for the past month I have been unable to find the everything flavor in any stores including Wegmans, Target and Walmart, any suggestions?

I have enjoyed eating this flavor but am disappointed that I cannot locate them anymore. Any suggestions?

I have not had any complaints regarding the packaging of your crackers or having crackers that are crumbled or cracked whether I buy the stacks in the box or the baked crackers. If the crackers have to be ordered right from the company I would be happy to place an order. I even have my sister who lives in Buffalo looking for the Everything cracker in that area. My daughter also has been looking without success.

I really enjoy your crackers but the everything cracker was my favorite. I have been eating crackers rather than buying a loaf of bread and having half of the loaf spoil before I eat it, and I do not like bread that has frozen.

Thank you for your help and I will be waiting to hear your response. Thank you for taking the time to read my message.

I one of your boxes of a Ritz crackers, about halfway through a sleeve of crackers, I found a substance between two crackers. I really hope that it was peanut butter but do not know for sure. That is not supposed to be there and for a person that is allergic to peanut products, it could have been fatal.

that is what we in the cracker biz call buttcheese it is a colloquial term for gunk that shouldn't be there, probably has some bacteria on it too, don't eat it, maybe eat half, get sick and or die, then sue, or just be happy you looked before inhaling it
