Garlic Butter Originals Crumbly

I am excited that you have new flavors, but it seems that they are extremely brittle and crumbly. It is hard getting them out of the sleeve without them breaking or crumbling, and then if you dip them or spread something on them they break or completely fall apart. I have stood by the Ritz brand for years, but this is very disappointing. I am hoping that not all of your originals are having the same issue, but it appears that it may be an issue after seeing similar posts. I hope you review your recipe and make sure that the original quality standards are being followed to insure a sturdy cracker.

Sawdust and Salt!

Ritz crackers have become a crumbly mess. These are not the crackers I remember. The new crackers will NOT hold together when trying to spread anything they simply turn to dust when eat you them. YUCK! Will not purchase again. Recently purchased Ritz to have for my monthly card game and everyone complained how they just crumble in your hands and mouth. Has the recipe changed? If so it should be mentioned on the box. Something simple like, " If you like sawdust and salt Ritz is your cracker." I thought I was the only one who noticed the change until I started asking around and nobody like the new cracker. Keebler here I come!!

Ritz Crackers Review from Pacoima, California

I have had many recent problems with several "Nabisco" products. I've experienced everything from crackers tasting like cardboard to entire boxes of crackers being in crumbs, even though the box itself is intact. This is NOT how I remember Nabisco from my childhood, or even from a few years ago! The quality of many Nabisco products has deteriorated because they're now made by Mondelez Company in Mexico. Like many other former American made products; the labor is outsourced, the quality declines, the price is increased, and the corporations make a profit. The consumer is left paying more for less!

Last 3 purchases of Ritz crackers from Jewel/Osco, on different occasions: * Burned * Stale * Stale Both the manufacturer (Nabisco) and the store (Jewel) are responsible for this pattern. This is what a poorly managed business looks like.

Crackers are not the same quality

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I recently purchased a 6 pack of Ritz crackers and was very disappointed in the taste. I've noticed in the past if I both these crackers from a Family Dollar store the texture is not the same and it is does not have the buttery nor does the cracker *** the same, thus giving the image of a substandard cracker that was substituted and placed in a package and placed in the original box. This is very disappointing when you are preparing to enjoy a great snack but you find that you have a less than a flavorful, enjoyable cracker. I am considering not purchasing Ritz again and find a replacement product. A Ritz cracker is readily identified when it touches ones taste buds and lately it has not lived up to its reputation.

Request for more baked crackers

I really like Ritz crackers......but I would love them if they were "browner" or "more baked." Every once in a while I get a box like that but very seldom. Could you box the more baked ones? I ask this because I just discovered "toasty" Cheezits......if Cheezits can do it, can Ritz? Why does it have to be 100 words? Not that much to say....if this contained "browner" or "more baked" more times, would it be a better request? Okay...up to 83 words now, just a few more and it will be 100 words, and I

Ritz soccer crackers

I've always loved ritz crackers, bought a box of the soccer ritz and they all crumble. Won't buy again. What more can I say, crumble, crumble, crumble crumble, not able to spread anything on them. Not good for spreading, crumble, crumble, crumble, crumble, crumble not spreadable friendly. Peanut butter, jelly, cheese, sandwich spread, etc. crumble, crumble, crumble, crumble. Grandkids do not like because they crumble and break, want to go back to the old ones that do not crumble. Crumble, crumble, crumble, crumble. We like our crackers to stay in one piece and not crumble, crumble, crumble, crumble, crumble, crumble and crumble.

I had the very same crumbling problem...I will never purchase soccer Ritz again.

The soccer ritz crackers are terrible they all break apart and they impossible to eat. The few crumbs I did try don't even taste right.

Why change what was already great? Now I have 2 boxes to throw away.

Guest

I love Ritz, but hate the 'soccer' Ritz. Don't make them again! They crack real bad at the seams of the "soccer" ball.

Guest

Ritz soccer crackers. I want my money back

Soccor Ritz do not stay together. Really bad idea

Suggestion

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I really like your 8pk package because you only open a small roll rather than a huge one. I would suggest to make a variety pk,like with the ritz bacon, cheese and what ever flavors you have. Also I had suggested a long long time ago to make ritz crackers crumbs since I only use ritz in all my recipes calling for breadcrumbs.I HAD EXPIERENCED LATELY THAT THE CRACKERS WERE VERY CRUMBLY BUT THEN AGAIN I WAS USING THEM FOR MY BREADING TO MAKE PARMASAN CHICKEN. WITH THIS RECIPE THE RITZ BAKE UP GREAT!! AGAIN THANK YOU CRYSTAL A MIRAGLIA
