I actually called Ritz to ask why the crackers are all crumbling and break easily. They told me they might have broken in shipping.
Well I still continued to buy them and same thing. I won't be buying them anymore. Ritz won't admit they changed their recipe afraid that people won't buy them anymore or it could be removal of trans fat. Well guess what?
Your losing customers regardless. They just won't fess up to any changes they have made to save money. Also heard they are made in Mexico now.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of crumbs. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of ritz crackers original crackers. Ritz Crackers needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
