Not resolved

just as other pissed customers had said, the Ritz crackers where broken and turned to crumbs, and that was before i even opened the sleeve. It's been this way for the last couple boxes, gonna stop buying them, until you CEO's and company big wigs, stop taking large bonuses every year and put money back into company and resolve this problem and i truely hope other people will do the same.At first i thought i just got a stale box, which would'ent have been a big deal, but after buying four boxes, now i knew there eas a problem, went on computer to complain about this, and found a whole lotta other people have the same issues, broken, crumble, and almost no taste. PLZ FIX YOUR PROBLEM!!!!!

I liked: Crispy, Usually happy, Regular ritz.

I didn't like: No salt, Crumbledpoor quality, Decreased quantity, Quality, Taste nor texture, Weak flavor, Cheaper quality.

Don't know why anyone would want to move a company to Mexico, I live in AZ, work with a lot of Mexican's, for the most part I've been lucky enough to work with hard working Mexican's, these are the one's who want to become citizen's, by doing the right thing, but on the other hand, there are a boat load of them that don't give a *** about anything, work poorly, or not at all, and think the U.S. owes them, and that's the attitude of the ones that live in Mexico. Now if there using ingredients that are grown in Mexico, that might be the reason for the poor quality of the crackers, as every-one knows you can't drink the water, so if there using there water look-out.
