The crackers just crumble when you open each pack. They also seem to lack the texture and taste they used to have. I tried the family size, and the standard size, and the crackers literally crumble in your hands. Whatever is going on? It cant be cost effective if you...

I agree. Ritz just aren’t the same.

Now airy and tasteless. I have. Ritz promotional tin dated 1985. Checked ingredients.

Lard was an ingredient. Let’s bring it back.

How y'all changed the crackers for the worst.

Me ,my family and friends always kept Ritz crackers in the pantry but now none of us buy them anymore. We ate them by themselves, rolls at a time but whatever change y'all made with the recipe y'all messed up cause now they are nasty and we all are trying to find a snack cracker to take it's place.I have been just eating premium crackers until I can find a replacement. Please we are pleading with y'all to go back to the original recipe...I/ we miss them. Thanks .

Crackers are too crumbly! More should be done to make them with a higher quality. Youve made a great cracker horrible.

Ritz were blond noy golden brown which don tastes as good

Crackers were blond not golden brown and did not taste as good. This is not the first time. This happens more frequently than it should.....actually should not happen at all My theory is if you bake them a little less time you can produce more but reduce quality. The very nice lady I spoke with was going to send me coupons that I still waiting for

User's recommendation: Bake longer.

Frustration and repeated disappointment about the taste and stability of your product.

Tried calling the customer service line. They don't even supply you a working number to ask questions or report problems. Fitting for the company's lack of discernment. I'm done roaming from store to store in search of the old but better "buttery" and "staple" recipe. Unfortunate. Maybe if there was enough frustration in the marketplace they would do a reversal like the Coke recipe change of 10 years ago. The difference is that Coke has better brand reputation and a responsible management that cares about its position in the marketplace. Time to "move on..." I've bought my last box of Ritz crackers.o

Quality of the crackers

these ritz crackers are actually the best crackers I think ive ever eaten. When I tell you these crackers are so BUSSIN BUSSIN. My friend and I devoured 3 sleeves of these crackers within the span of less than an hour. The sweet buttery consistency just melts in your mouth. We are so pleased with the quality of these crackers and I just want you to know you are doing an amazing job. Keep up the great work, we love you so much.

User's recommendation: buy more of these crackers.

Quality and quantity

Your crackers a crap now! Over the last year the quality and quantity has gone down hill fast. The crackers crumble and in one pack, I can only get 40 to 50 percent edible to eat peanut butter on. They fall apart. And now the quantity part... the pack is only 66 percent full compared to a year ago. Whats up Nabisco? Price went up, quality and quantity went down. I am going to find another crackers company to go to if you do not fix this! You should be ashamed to look at your thieving self in the mirror because you know you are ripping us off. STOP! GO BACK TO YOUR OLD CRACKERS OR I'LL FIND ANOTHER CRACK! COPISH

User's recommendation: Go back to making them like the '80's.

I texted somebody and they dealt with it in the appropriate way. She was prompting her reply and making things right by offering a coupon for a replacement box. For a replacement box.

They taste "funny" and burnt

Since beginning of 2021, the crackers are darker, dryer and leave an after taste. The packaging now says Peanut Butter "flavored" filling. Not sure if they just use a waxy filler with PB flavor but it just isn't the same. The crackers appear darker like they were over baked, slightly burnt. I've gone through several boxes and the taste is not improving. I am not buying anymore.

User's recommendation: Don't waste your money.

Quality complaint

Sad to see a product that has been around almost forever, has lost everything it used to be. It doesn't have the brown toasty color and taste it once had, nothing holds it together, it crumbles like a cheap nothing, but, since money is more important than quantity to the company, I will "never" purchase these crackers "ever" again! you cheap bastard's!! This is unacceptable!.

User's recommendation: Don't buy this ***.

Crackers crumble and are useless

I had a recipe that uses Ritz crackers. (Peanut Butter Cheesecake) I purchased a box of the Originals. The box was perfect. The inside sleeves were perfect. However, the crackers literally crumbled when opening. I needed to open 3 sleeves to get 20 useful crackers for use in the recipe. I contacted Mondelez Corp.. I thought I was alone until I stumbled on this website. I used to love this product but, sadly,it is complete crap. If you love crumbs they might work. Otherwise they are useless. I saw a commercial and they make these great looking snacks. With this product it is literally impossible! I tried contacting them. Nothing so far. I feel like Ive lost my mind but this seems like a ripoff. They know something is wrong but dont want to change a thing.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase unless you love crumbs. This is not the product you remember.

Product Quality has hit ROCK BOTTOM

These used to be standard when it came to party crackers. Today, people look elsewhere because the quality has reached a point where you'd be embarrassed to present them to friends and family. If they don't crumble in the sleeve, don't worry, they will as soon as you try and spread anything on them. Mondelez International is not the right fit for this product line. They need to sell the brand to a company that cares about quality!!!

User's recommendation: Private Label Crackers are of better quality than Ritz Brand.

Dissatisfied with current crackers

Ritz used to be crisp, golden brown, and buttery tasting - my favorite crackers. Now they are undebaked, crumbly and mealy, with a bland flavorlessness. They are terrible and it is a total shame. Went from being my favorite crackers that I ate with soup, cheese, peanut butter and just plain. Now they are not worth buying and whenever I donear them I am dissatisfied all over again. The manufacturer should really be ashamed of themselves for ruining a fine product!!!!

User's recommendation: Do not buy them until they are restored to their original recipe and high level of quality.
