Theres a hair in my chocolate covered ritz. I have proof. It was literally embedded into the chocolate layer.

Resolved: Not happy with product
I bought a box of eight fresh stick sleeves, upon opening the box one of the sleeves had 6 crackers in it. Was expecting a full box of Ritz crackers.

They were packaged with 5 only. Only 3 of the 8 had 5 but all 8 packages were supposed to Have 6 obviously. I never do reviews or complaints but real talk food is expensive so I am not into wasting money.

July 2, 2024, I purchased a box of Ritz crackers at Walmart. Address 3805 S Keystone Indianapolis IN 46227.
Not too long after my purchase, I begin to consume the product. After consumption, I looked at the box and realized that I was consuming bugs, as there were about 1000 to 2000 bugs in the box. I just so happen to look around and I seen that the ants were everywhere the box had been. My room was infested with these bugs.
My car was infested with the bugs, so I had to buy bug spray to kill them and throw away my sheets. I immediately returned to the Walmart to notify them of the situation. All they were able to do that evening with issuing me a refund for the box of crackers. When I woke up in the morning, I had unusual stomach cramps and took myself to urgent care where they diagnosed me with non-ineffective Gastroenteritis and colitis.
As the day proceeded, I made several calls to different attorneys offices as well as the FDA, as well as Walmart and Ritz. Walmart told me that there was nothing that they could do because the ineffective box came from Ritz. Ritz told me the only thing they could do, is send me coupons and the ineffective box occurred at Walmart. Overall, this situation has had a significant impact on me thus far.
I had to go through intense cleaning to ensure that the bugs were all gone.
I am unable to eat because of my fear that it will happen again. I am emotionally distressed because of this and have to fight for myself to ensure that both of these companies are held accountable for what happened
Preferred solution: Fairly Compensated for my medical expenses and pain and suffering!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I have purchased a few boxes, thinking there was a bad shipment because the crackers were all crumbled.
But oh no... this happens with every box...
I will no longer buy another box of Ritz!!! I'm done wasting my money!!!

Paid for crackers, not crumbs!!
Do not purchase Rutz Crisps & Thins.
Opened 7.1 oz bag and found the attached. Crumbs!
Did not expect this from Ritz which from now will NOT be a staple in our home.
The few crisps that were whole had a terrible taste! Did not keep receipt as never would imagine Ritz would sell this mess to the public.

I'm tired of getting the boxes and it's a gamble if there will be a speck of salt on any crackers.
Every time I go to the grocery store and I want to get a snack I used to go and get the Nabisco Rich regular kind and I liked them all the time I wanted a snack. Now I can't get a box with even a speckle of salt on them there's practically none in the sleeves of crackers, then I would just hope it was based on a bad sleeve and that's not the case The whole box is unsalted and I can't stand it and prices are not what they used to be so they are expensive.
After not having them for a few years , I bought a box of Ritz crackers and was looking forward to them. Boy, what a disappointment!
Bland taste and no salt at all!!! Needless to say I will not be buying them again in my lifetime!

I bought two packs of Ritz cheese crackers from Morrisons. When I opened one pack, I found black spots on the crackers.
At first, I thought they were peppers, but when I read the label, I discovered that there were no peppers in the cheese crackers.
I am really disappointed with the quality and honestly do not know what the black spots are. I recommend not buying it.

Falling apart
What happened to Ritz? They were the best!
I might have to go to town house now. Ritz just fall apart when taking them out of the sleeves. Not happy.
Cant even scoop dip. Need to go back to the original recipe!

I agree completely! Ritz Original Crackers used to be slightly orange in color, solid enough to spread chicken salad or peanut butter on them and we're very flavorful.
NO LONGER! When you open a little "fresh stack" half the crackers are broken & yoy can't spread any topping on them without them breaking.
Ritz Crackers are tasteless! If I ever buy a box again, I'll check the package to make sure they're not manufactured in Mexico!
