Long time Ritz customer...loyal.Last 4 boxes, from both Publix and WalMart were NOT useable. Crumble even while handling individual sleeves. Saved 3 boxes ( after feeding to the birds). Expensive bird-food. Tried a box of "8 FRESH STACKS". (Publix). Perfect!! Unless I receive a favorable comment from Nabisco, regarding this problem, Ritz will loose another loyal customer. ( I purchase 2 boxes of 13.7 oz ./week. ). I need a response. The boxes...

I opened a pack of RITZ crackers (note not supposed to have peanut butter) and when I open the package up I find peanut butter on the side of the crackers, what should I do? I could of easily been allergic to peanut butter!!!!!! So mad and disgusted. A friend right next to me is allergic to peanut butter and I always share my snacks with her what if her and I never noticed the peanut butter, does anyone know how I can contact the company RITZ to...

The current production of original Ritz crackers are so blown up with air???they crumble at the slightest pressure. One can no longer spread peanut butter, cheese or any type of spread without the crackers crumbling in your hand. Many times crackers will crumble when you are opening the packaging. This never was a problem in the past and as a regular consumer I have recognized the change within the last 6 to 12 months. Now when you chew a...

I bought a whole box from Costco and the only thing they are good for is bread crumbs. They are so thin they break before you get a chance to eat them and don't even think of spreading peanut butter on them anymore. Too bad, they were my favorite. I won't be buying these anymore.

I am not sure what happened to your Ritz cracker recipe but having been a consumer for at least 30 years, we will no longer purchase them. They have lost their unique buttery flavor, golden brown color, and flakiness. They are just like any other cheap brand now. SAD.

My crackers fall to crumbs at the slightest touch and the taste is different...What did you do and can you please undo it asap? Should I change brands? Why do would fix something that was not broke? Cause they're certainly broke now! My heart is too.... Fix this please!!! I have to write 100 words to be able to submit this. What is this world coming to? offconsumerpissed LOL!!!!! A cheap cracker broke your heart?!?? LOLL!!!!!

The American consumer needs to be assured they are feeding their family the best food possible. If you are scrimping on ingredients to make a profit then you may be, so to speak, "cutting off your nose to spite your face". As a consumer I want to buy food made in the USA. I am suspicious as to whether Ritz Crackers are made in the US or if they are made in Mexico. If they are made in Mexico, are the ingredients the same as they were in the...

The last three boxes of Ritz I have purchased from Publix Supermarket have been more crumbles than crackers. This may be OK if you are going to use it as a casserole topping or a pie crust, but not as a serving with condiments. Even the whole crackers are very fragile. It is almost impossible to use them with a dip or spread. Not to mention one *** with a piece of cheese on it and they shatter. If my next box is mostly crumbles I will be taking...

What in the world is going on with Ritz crackers lately? I have noticed over the last six months or so the quality control on ritz crackers is hit and miss. The smaller snack pack crackers seem to crumble when opened. Last night I opened a full size roll and each cracker had way way too much salt on them. I can't figure out what could have changed, I've been eating these for over 30 years and never seen anything like this. Did they move the...

What a disapointment it is to eat a Ritz Cracker these days.My grandkids don't even like them any longer. The flavor is gone, the recipe has been changed and what a shame it is. Chewinng a cracker is like eating a mouth full of mush. The crackers are so fragile they crumble in your hands and in the package. Every package I open has broken product in them. The crackers are packed in smaller amounts and the overall experience is a huge let down....

We love Ritz at our house and I buy several at a time each week.It has been the last 6 mo - 1 year that they are a HUGE problem. I will sometimes only get 4-5 out of a sleeve that aren't broken. At first I thought it was just a specific shipment - but it is a consistent issue! Something has changed - shipping company, carrier, etc. the packaging is the same as always and I never have had this problem until the past year. So, whatever it is... it...
