My crackers fall to crumbs at the slightest touch and the taste is different...What did you do and can you please undo it asap? Should I change brands? Why do would fix something that was not broke? Cause they're certainly broke now! My heart is too.... Fix this please!!! I have to write 100 words to be able to submit this. What is this world coming to? First Trump now this?My world is crumbling apart as well.

offconsumerpissed LOL!!!!! A cheap cracker broke your heart?!?? LOLL!!!!!

The American consumer needs to be assured they are feeding their family the best food possible. If you are scrimping on ingredients to make a profit then you may be, so to speak, "cutting off your nose to spite your face". As a consumer I want to buy food made in the USA. I am suspicious as to whether Ritz Crackers are made in the US or if they are made in Mexico. If they are made in Mexico, are the ingredients the same as they were in the...

Ritz Crackers Original Crackers Review

I am not sure what happened to your Ritz cracker recipe but having been a consumer for at least 30 years, we will no longer purchase them. They have lost their unique buttery flavor, golden brown color, and flakiness. They are just like any other cheap brand now. SAD.

Ritz Crackers Original Crackers Review

I think I already gave my review but I'll do it again. I was very disappointed in my purchase of Ritz original crackers. They are not the same rights that I always had known. They are a tasteless and crumble.

The last three boxes of Ritz I have purchased from Publix Supermarket have been more crumbles than crackers. This may be OK if you are going to use it as a casserole topping or a pie crust, but not as a serving with condiments. Even the whole crackers are very fragile. It is almost impossible to use them with a dip or spread. Not to mention one *** with a piece of cheese on it and they shatter. If my next box is mostly crumbles I will be taking...

What in the world is going on with Ritz crackers lately? I have noticed over the last six months or so the quality control on ritz crackers is hit and miss. The smaller snack pack crackers seem to crumble when opened. Last night I opened a full size roll and each cracker had way way too much salt on them. I can't figure out what could have changed, I've been eating these for over 30 years and never seen anything like this. Did they move the...

What a disapointment it is to eat a Ritz Cracker these days.My grandkids don't even like them any longer. The flavor is gone, the recipe has been changed and what a shame it is. Chewinng a cracker is like eating a mouth full of mush. The crackers are so fragile they crumble in your hands and in the package. Every package I open has broken product in them. The crackers are packed in smaller amounts and the overall experience is a huge let down....

We love Ritz at our house and I buy several at a time each week.It has been the last 6 mo - 1 year that they are a HUGE problem. I will sometimes only get 4-5 out of a sleeve that aren't broken. At first I thought it was just a specific shipment - but it is a consistent issue! Something has changed - shipping company, carrier, etc. the packaging is the same as always and I never have had this problem until the past year. So, whatever it is... it...

I have been complaining about Ritz Crackers for probably a couple of years now. I used to LOVE peanut butter and jelly on Ritz, but I began to notice a difference in taste. Initially, I thought maybe it was because over the years I've eaten it so often that maybe my taste buds had simply grown tired of the taste! I decided to investigate a little more and came to the conclusion that Ritz ruined something that I've enjoyed since I was a child....

Anonymous Try Keebler still made in the

Notice the difference in the attached pictures. There is the same number of crackers in each stack - notice how much taller the stack of old crackers appears. Look at how think the new crackers are in the package compared to the original version. Bring back the old version! Cutting corners and getting cheap on us consumers is greedy! The profits they think they will gain will disappear when people like me leave them faster than the old,...

Anonymous totally agree, our family noticed this months ago. so tired of this ***. Dial bar was the first thing to be down sized, that was blatant, after the cost of diesel fuel went th...

The crackers crumble to the touch & also seem as if they have not been baked long enough. It's happened more often then not anymore but this is only my 2nd written complaint. I'll have to reconsider brands when shopping. Sleeves of crackers are broken and cannot be used for recipes. You also cannot spread any thing on the cracker because it falls apart. I have always liked Ritz Crackers more than other brands but now I'll have to find a...
