I have been complaining about Ritz Crackers for probably a couple of years now. I used to LOVE peanut butter and jelly on Ritz, but I began to notice a difference in taste. Initially, I thought maybe it was because over the years I've eaten it so often that maybe my taste buds had simply grown tired of the taste! I decided to investigate a little more and came to the conclusion that Ritz ruined something that I've enjoyed since I was a child....

Notice the difference in the attached pictures. There is the same number of crackers in each stack - notice how much taller the stack of old crackers appears. Look at how think the new crackers are in the package compared to the original version. Bring back the old version! Cutting corners and getting cheap on us consumers is greedy! The profits they think they will gain will disappear when people like me leave them faster than the old,...

Anonymous totally agree, our family noticed this months ago. so tired of this ***. Dial bar was the first thing to be down sized, that was blatant, after the cost of diesel fuel went th...

The crackers crumble to the touch & also seem as if they have not been baked long enough. It's happened more often then not anymore but this is only my 2nd written complaint. I'll have to reconsider brands when shopping. Sleeves of crackers are broken and cannot be used for recipes. You also cannot spread any thing on the cracker because it falls apart. I have always liked Ritz Crackers more than other brands but now I'll have to find a...

The taste and texture is different. They are terrible. Whatever you've changed, unchange it. Go back to the old recipe or lose customers. Very disappointed.

Ritz crackers are horrible lately. They crumble, flavorless, some are even too crispy. Definitely not same buttery flavor with just the right crisp and freshness. Can't eat them anymore.

Recently purchased a box of ritz crackers and was disappointed in the experience. They crumbled at the touch and were tasteless. It was as if they were made of sand. Had to handled very gently. All these years, what a shame. This's was not my first negative reaction to these crackers in recent years. Everyone seems concerned with the "bottom line" these days. Ritz crackers used to be top shelf. Too bad. Have to make this review one hundred words...

I love Ritz crackers but the last 3 boxes I have bought have turned to crumbs. Very disappointing especially when you plan to spread peanut butter on them. The first 2 boxes just had crumbly crackers at the beginning and end of the package. Almost all the crackers are bad in the third box. I eat Ritz crackers almost everyday and this is very disappointing at lunch time. Hope you get the problem solved soon. Man, I can't believe you have to...

The crackers fall apart very easily and many are already broken right out of package. This has happened with our last three boxes. Something has changed with the cracker and not for the better. I have tried to buy ritz as I have done for many years. This is frustrating when trying to use crackers especially for company. The crackers were purchased in different stores and states. For this reason I know the manufacturing process is not up to...

We love ritz crackers. I have been buying them all our married live, which is almost 38 years. Recently, I have thought it a fluke during the last two-three purchases, that these crumble and fall apart so easily. The main reason I purchase them is for putting spreads on top of them or eating with meat and/or cheese. There is no way these crackers will hold up to any spread as they dissintigrate immediately upon their removal from the sleeve. If...

Anonymous I have been similarly disappointed in Ritz Crackers lately. They are often very light colored instead of a crisp brown. It's too bad you can't see through the box to see how...

I have already contacted ritz themselves and a week later still no phone call.I'm looking into who to report it to next but there's bloody mouse droppings at the bottom of the packet that was in the outer box! If it wasn't for me being a parent and keeping watch over my son while he was eating the last few he would have actually eaten a dropping!I am fuming!
