They're pretty basic crackers...maybe switch brands? And how do you know it's been going on for a year and a half? Do you keep track of crackers in your planner?

Ritz Crackers were broken and package inside was torn.
I opened a box of Ritz Crackers and the crackers inside were mostly crushed and one package was torn on the side (see photos). What was even more strange, was the box was in perfect condition...so this occurred prior to packaging. It has a use by date of June 25, 2017....

Ritz Crackers - Why Did You Mess with My Ritz?!

The new recipe for regular Ritz Crackers ruined them. They’re too dry, tasteless & their substance/mouth-feel is all wrong. Are you saving $$ with inferior ingredients? Well, revert or lose this long-time customer.

Ritz Crackers - Baby Boomer not happy with Ritz title on cracker box

#1111916
Sorry...these are not 'Ritz' and the name should not be on the box. These crackers are dry, crumble easily, tasteless and not the same feel even. Generic crackers have tasted better. I don't even like these. I loved the Ritz crackers in soup, with cheese or a spread. I will NEVER buy another box, AND I MAKE HOMEMADE SOUPS WEEKLY. BYE BYE RITZ IS A LIE!! 100 WORDS!! 100 WORDS!!{{Redacted}}

In my world, Ritz crackers are a staple and have been for decades. I recently bought some and they are flat and tasteless At first I thought I got a bad batch of crackers. I bought another bpx and they are terrible too. What happened? You had the perfect cracker & you ruined it. I am very disappointed & will not be buying Ritz crackers again unless you fix it. Ssoooooo bummed

They are DEFINATELY different, crumbly, less flavor. Why would Nabisco do this?

So disappointed with Ritz Crackers now. Do not taste as good, fall apart all the time, don't even look like the old ones. Cannot spend any more money on "crumbles that have no flavor"! Even the no-name brands taste better than Ritz. First the taste went. Then they...

I am a loyal customer to the Ritz crackers product. However the cookie has changed. I am wondering if greed has caused the products' quality to suffer. The taste is not the same and the texture is worse. Upon opening the perfectly package of Ritz crackers crumbling to...

I have purchased your Ritz Crackers for years as it is one of my favorite. Lately they are crumbling at touch. I just purchased one pound box at Costco as I didn't want to run out, however every package crumbles. This is a favorite snack with a small slice of cheese...

Not only are the stacks getting shorter, the diameter of the crackers are shrinking also.They do it because they can! Also, long ago, there weren't that many people trained in maximizing/minimizing materials and such. Now, I actually saw a 4th grade math problem that...

Products may shrink when raw material and other costs increase. In order to keep the same price point the product needs to shrink.

Long time Ritz customer...loyal.Last 4 boxes, from both Publix and WalMart were NOT useable. Crumble even while handling individual sleeves. Saved 3 boxes ( after feeding to the birds). Expensive bird-food. Tried a box of "8 FRESH STACKS". (Publix). Perfect!! Unless I...
