Ritz Crackers - Broken/Crumbled crackers upon opening package
We love Ritz at our house and I buy several at a time each week.It has been the last 6 mo - 1 year that they are a HUGE problem. I will sometimes only get 4-5 out of a sleeve that aren't broken. At first I thought it was just a specific shipment - but it is a...

I have been complaining about Ritz Crackers for probably a couple of years now. I used to LOVE peanut butter and jelly on Ritz, but I began to notice a difference in taste. Initially, I thought maybe it was because over the years I've eaten it so often that maybe my...

I bought a whole box from Costco and the only thing they are good for is bread crumbs. They are so thin they break before you get a chance to eat them and don't even think of spreading peanut butter on them anymore. Too bad, they were my favorite. I won't be buying these anymore.

I am not sure what happened to your Ritz cracker recipe but having been a consumer for at least 30 years, we will no longer purchase them. They have lost their unique buttery flavor, golden brown color, and flakiness. They are just like any other cheap brand now. SAD.

RITZ crackers now SUCK!
RITZ crackers now SUCK!
Look at how think the new crackers are in the package compared to the original version. Bring back the old version! Cutting corners and getting cheap on us consumers is greedy! The profits they think they will gain will disappear when people like me leave them...

Sleeves of crackers are broken and cannot be used for recipes. You also cannot spread any thing on the cracker because it falls apart. I have always liked Ritz Crackers more than other brands but now I'll have to find a brand that holds up to recipes and not a pile...

Recently purchased a box of ritz crackers and was disappointed in the experience. They crumbled at the touch and were tasteless. It was as if they were made of sand. Had to handled very gently. All these years, what a shame. This's was not my first negative reaction to...

I love Ritz crackers but the last 3 boxes I have bought have turned to crumbs. Very disappointing especially when you plan to spread peanut butter on them. The first 2 boxes just had crumbly crackers at the beginning and end of the package. Almost all the crackers...

The crackers fall apart very easily and many are already broken right out of package. This has happened with our last three boxes. Something has changed with the cracker and not for the better. I have tried to buy ritz as I have done for many years. This is frustrating...
